With more than 20 years of experience in onshore and offshore capital-market operations and corporate commercial management, he has long focused on advancing the commercial and capital-market implementation of next-generation information technologies. He is currently Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Head of Culture Division of Joy Spreader Group (06988.HK); Vice Chairman of Poly Digi-Entertainment; and Managing Partner of Guokaike Quantum Technology Anhui Co., Ltd.
Zhu Zinan has focused on Internet technology, digital culture and entertainment, and frontier hard technology, with experience in serial industry entrepreneurship and large-scale implementation. In Internet technology, he has long advanced the R&D and industrialization of intelligent recommendation algorithms, AI models and digital commerce technologies, leading the development of more than 100 software copyrights. In digital culture and entertainment, he has promoted the industrialization of Web3.0, blockchain, digital assets, AIGC, film and entertainment. In frontier hard technology, he has helped drive the market and capital-market development of ion-trap quantum computing, quantum communication and other frontier technologies through Guokaike Quantum.
During his tenure at Joy Spreader Group, Zhu Zinan has led the Group's strategic upgrading, business iteration and capital-market development, and drove its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2020. Since then, he has continued expanding the Group from intelligent algorithm marketing into AI, Web3.0, AIGC and digital entertainment, forming a business layout with coordinated development of digital commerce and culture technology.

Web2.0 Stage, Zhu Zinan focused on intelligent algorithm marketing, promoting the deep integration of intelligent recommendation models with Internet marketing scenarios. He led the development of feature engineering systems, distributed algorithm training platforms, deep recommendation models and an early interest recommendation framework; built a complete system for precision social-feed placement, auction-based monetization and traffic commercialization; and independently developed multi-channel recall and ranking systems, leading applications for more than 100 software copyrights. Supported by this technological innovation, Joy Spreader Group became a National High-Tech Enterprise and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2020, establishing a benchmark listed company in algorithm marketing and achieving the large-scale and capital-market implementation of its algorithm marketing business.
Web3.0 Stage, focusing on the industrialization of blockchain technology and applying it to digital entertainment, digital asset operations and digital copyright confirmation. He successfully advanced Poly Culture's mixed-ownership reform and co-founded Poly Digi-Entertainment, implemented a compliant blockchain digital service system, and built the national blockchain platform and Kongjian Digital Asset Platform, enabling digital incubation of cultural IPs, on-chain evidence preservation, copyright traceability and standardized digital asset operations. The platform has become a benchmark carrier for state-owned enterprise digital transformation and integrated innovation in the digital culture industry.
AI Stage, leveraging a mature digital-industry technology foundation to comprehensively advance AI R&D and application scenarios for Joy Spreader Group and Poly Digi-Entertainment.
Frontier Technology Stage, he made forward-looking investments in quantum information technology and participated deeply in the operations of Guokaike Quantum Technology Anhui Co., Ltd. as Managing Partner. The company successfully developed Asia's first complete ion-trap quantum computer and China's first-generation time-phase quantum communication chip, filling multiple industrial gaps in China's ion-trap quantum computing and applied quantum communication fields. It holds nearly 600 national patents, has participated in formulating more than 40 national standards in related fields, and has established a national postdoctoral workstation.
